在荷蘭工作的條件？

有人問我要在荷蘭工作的話要有什麼程序和條件，這篇是我問荷蘭的獵人頭公司他們回覆我的內容，主要是寫給 (1) 沒有歐盟居留證 (2) 沒有在荷蘭讀過高等教育，但還是想來荷蘭工作的人。希望對這些人有幫助：）

There are two ways of getting a work permit for a non-EU citizen.

The first way is to apply for a job through the company itself. That means that you cannot apply for a job through a recruitment agency like Undutchables as our clients require that all candidates have their paperwork in order. The application process for a work permit could take up to six months. Before starting this procedure, the company has to prove that it is in their best interest to hire you, above all, the other Dutch and EU candidates. They have to prove that the job has been advertised for at least six weeks and that they have interviewed Dutch and EU candidates but still they are not able to find a suitable employer for the job. The company has to convince the CWI (the Centre for Work and Income) that you are the most suitable person for the position.

Secondly, you can apply for a residence and working permit if you have a Dutch or EU partner/spouse. Your partner must be living and working in The Netherlands and willing to sponsor you. It is essential that your partner agree to be financially responsible for you while you are in The Netherlands. The two of you must prove that you have a relationship and that you are living together. If the relationship should end or one of you should move out, the permit will no longer be valid. If you want to apply to companies yourself, then I would suggest that you start searching the internet and check out job boards such as Monsterboard.nl or toplanguagejobs.nl. Foreign students are often granted with a work permit which allows them to work a maximum of 12 hours per week.

除了這兩種之外，可以來荷蘭讀書之後有一年的 Orientation Year 讓你留下荷蘭找工作，找到年薪超過一定標準的工作 (在2014是月薪 € 2,127 for applications submitted during the orientation year, regardless of age) 就可以申請工作簽證 Highly Skilled Migrant (Kennismigrantenregeling)

我在徵才博覽會遇到的UBER美國女生就是這樣找到工作的，她也在她的search year：）但是風險就是，在拿到荷蘭永久居留證（在荷蘭待滿五年）之前，要換公司的話就要重新申請工作簽證，是三十歲以下是月薪€ 2,968 for all other applicants aged up to 30。換工作這方面我比較不清楚，所以就不多寫了。
